HBO HF-1k Force Gauge is a digital display Force Gauge with an external Sensor design, which is compact and easy to carry. As an upgrade of the HG series, it has a larger Storage capacity and a unique first peak holding function. The maximum load value is 1000N, the load Graduation is 0.5N, and it adopts electronic Sensor technology. It is suitable for tensile pressure load test, insertion force test and failure test. It can be combined with various machine fixtures to form a small testing machine. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data. It conforms to the National Measurement verification regulations of JJG working force gauge. Equipped with special host computer software, it can realize Data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The HF-1k Force Gauge uses electronic Sensor technology for tensile pressure measurement. The external Sensor detects the change of force, converts the mechanical force into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result in real time on the LCD screen after internal processing. The instrument supports four Operating Modes: Peak Hold Mode to record the maximum force value during the test; First Peak Hold Mode to record the first peak; Weight Tracking Mode to display the current force value change in real time; Key Special Mode to test key pressure and resilience.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Measurement mode according to the test requirements
2. Connect Sensors and Test Fixtures
3. Set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit comparison value, etc
