Overview
Hypertherm HDE-500 electric single-column vertical machine is a push-pull load test bench used with Force Gauge, with a maximum load of 500N. The machine adopts a built-in double-column structure and has functions such as stepless speed regulation, manual/automatic control, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place timing. It has good Stability and wide applicability.

Principle
The HDE-500 electric single-column vertical machine realizes push-pull load testing through electric loading mode, adopts built-in double-column structure support, and controls the movement speed through stepless speed regulation. It has a variety of Operating Mode options, and can automatically complete the test cycle according to the set force value, time and frequency parameters.

Steps
1. Equipped with the required model Force Gauge
2. Install the tension gauge and HDE-500 electric single column vertical machine fixture
3. Fix both ends of the specimen and fixture
4. Travel limit protection switch
5. Turn on the total power supply of the machine and the power supply of the tension meter, and set the functional parameters of the whole set of tension equipment
6. Press the forward or backward button, and the work has officially started at this point
7. After the work is completed, press the forward or backward button to return the machine to its original initial state
Notice
• Equipped with the corresponding type of Force Gauge before use
• Make sure that the tension gauge and fixture are firmly installed during installation
• The test piece must be fixed with both ends of the fixture
• Travel limit protection switch must be adjusted
• Before operation, turn on the main power supply of the machine and the power supply of the tension meter
• Set all functional parameters before work
• After the work is completed, the machine needs to be returned to its original state
