Overview
The HDD-5K electric double-column vertical machine is a test equipment designed and produced by HBO for HF, HG, and NK series Force Gauge. It adopts a double guide rod structure and has the characteristics of good Stability and wide applicability. The machine is equipped with a digital tube screen to display the test load value in real time, and can be equipped with a digital display Force Gauge to realize various functions such as pull-off and stop, force value maintenance, force limit, fatigue test, etc. It is widely used in tensile force, pressure, and destructive force tests of the tested object.

Principle
The HDD-5K electric double-column vertical machine drives the double guide rod structure through electric loading to realize up and down movement for tension or stress testing. The supporting digital display Force Gauge monitors the force value in real time, and automatically performs corresponding actions when the preset conditions are reached, such as maintaining the force value, returning to the origin or stopping operation.

Steps
1. Equipped with the required model Hypertherm Force Gauge
2. Install the tensile gauge and machine fixture
3. Fix both ends of the specimen and fixture
4. Travel limit protection switch
5. Turn on the total power supply of the machine and the power supply of the tension meter, and set the functional parameters of the electric double-column vertical machine HDD-5K
6. Press the forward or backward button to start the test test
7. After the electric double-column vertical machine HDD-5K is completed, press the forward or backward button to return the machine to its original initial state

• Install the Force Gauge and Fixture correctly before use
• Ensure that the specimen is firmly fixed at both ends of the fixture
