Overview
HBO HDT-1K electric horizontal machine is an electric horizontal machine, which can bear a load of 1000N and adopts a double guide rod structure to improve the test Stability. The machine displays the tensile force value through the digital tube screen, supports chronograph round-trip test and stepless speed regulation, and can adjust different speeds to obtain multiple sets of tensile test data to achieve more accurate test results. HDT-1K electric horizontal machine can be used with HF, HG, NK series Force Gauge as a load test bench, but does not contain Force Gauge, which needs to be purchased separately.

Principle
The HDT-1K electric horizontal machine adopts a double guide rod structure to ensure the stability of the test process through electric loading mode. It uses the digital tube screen to display the tensile force value in real time, adjusts the Test speed through the stepless speed control system, and combines the timing and counting round-trip test function to realize multiple sets of data collection. The machine supports force value control and holding function. When the preset force value is reached, the beam can be maintained or returned to the origin, and has a pull-and-break stop mechanism to ensure the safety and accuracy of the test.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: use AC 220V 50/60HZ power supply
2. Installation Force Gauge: matching HF, HG, NK series Force Gauge (need to be purchased separately)
3. Set the test mode: select automatic counting, automatic timing, manual counting or manual timing mode
4. Adjust parameters: setting speed (0-500mm/min stepless speed regulation), time (0-9999s), number of times (0-9999 round trips), loading force, holding time, etc
5. Clamping sample: use pointing or automatic operation function to adjust the fixture position
6. Start the test: start the machine for push-pull load, insertion force or failure test
7. Monitoring data: Observe the tensile force value through the digital tube screen
8. End the test: automatically stop or manually stop according to the settings, optional printer output data

* This machine does not contain Force Gauge and needs to be purchased separately for use
Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch
During the test, pay attention to the status of the limit protection device and the leakage protection device to ensure safety
* When setting parameters, do not exceed the maximum Measured value 1000N/100Kg and Travel 260mm
* Use the pointing function to accurately position the sample when clamping to prevent damage to the fixture
* Set the pause time reasonably during batch testing to avoid improper sample clamping
Turn off the power supply in time after the test is completed, and check the equipment maintenance regularly
