Overview
The HENGZHENG DSH-16A Halogen moisture meter is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument that uses an annular halogen lamp to ensure uniform heating of the sample, easy operation and accurate measurement. The instrument heats the rapid drying sample through an annular tube halogen while measuring the weight of the sample, continuously displays the percentage of moisture loss, and locks the final Moisture content value after drying. It has good conformity with the national standard oven method. It can replace the oven method and has higher detection efficiency. Generally, the sample can be measured in only a few minutes.

Principle
The halogen moisture meter uses a ring tube halogen Heating mode to rapidly dry the sample while measuring the weight of the sample. During the drying process, continuous measurement and immediate display of the percentage of Moisture content lost in the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured Moisture content value is locked and displayed. Halogen heating can evenly and quickly dry the sample at high temperature to ensure accurate results.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the pan;
2. Set the heating temperature and time parameters.
3. Start the instrument to start heating and drying;
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays the moisture loss process;
5. Moisture content is locked and displayed after drying.
