Overview
HENGZHENG DSH-20A halogen Moisture Analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. It uses an annular halogen lamp to ensure uniform heating of the sample, which is easy to operate and accurate in measurement. While measuring the weight of the sample, the instrument quickly dries the sample through the annular tube halogen Heating mode to continuously display the percentage of moisture loss. After drying, the final Moisture content value is locked. Compared with the oven method, halogen heating can evenly and quickly dry the sample at high temperature and the surface is not easily damaged. The detection results are consistent with the national standard oven method, which can replace the oven method and has a higher detection efficiency. Generally, the sample only takes a few minutes to complete the determination.

Principle

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the pan; 2. Set the heating temperature and time parameters; 3. Start the instrument to start heating and drying; 4.
