Overview
HCS-500 digital side-rolling spiral test bench is an upgraded product equipped with digital display ruler on the basis of HCL-500, which can collect test data and display displacement, and support the comparison test of different workpieces under the same displacement. The test bench is suitable for HF series, HG series, NK series thrust force gauges, and can form a Universal Testing Machine with a maximum measurement load of 500N.

Principle
The test bench is driven by the side hand wheel loading mode, and the digital ruler collects and displays the displacement data in real time to realize the mechanical properties test of the workpiece.

Steps
1. Install Force Gauge (to be purchased separately) on the Force Gauge mounting board
2. Adjust the fixture position through the base moving platform
3. Turn the handwheel for loading test
4. Observe the displacement data collected by the digital display ruler
