Overview
Hypertherm HST-J hand-pressed tensile and compression test stand is a hand-pressed operation of a rated load of 500N tensile and compression test bracket. It is driven by gears and racks, and adopts large machine feet to maintain good measurement process Stability. By installing the Force Gauge on the HST-J hand-pressed tensile and compression test stand, the Operating Pressure of the experimenter is reduced to a certain extent, and the tensile test or plug-in force test operation can be carried out more easily and simply. Stability is good.
Features
1. Hand pressure operation, simple and stable.
2. The HST-J hand-pressed tension-compression test stand has a compact structure and is driven by gears and racks.
3. Stable installation, large feet, and heavy fuselage.
4. The hand-pressed tensile-compression test rack can be installed on the table for use, resulting in better stability of the rack.
Principle
Through the gear and rack type transmission to achieve hand pressure operation, the Force Gauge is installed on the test frame for tension and compression test, and the displacement is measured through the digital scale.
Steps
1. During the test, install the Force Gauge on the HST-J hand-pressed tensile and compression test stand, select the appropriate fixture to install on the Force Gauge, adjust the nut up and down on the swirl/spin test bench, so that the fixture is in contact with the object under test, and then clear the digital scale to start the test.
2. After the test, the value displayed by the Force Gauge is the measured force value.
3. Displacement: Subtract the displacement of the thrust meter itself from the value displayed on the scale, which is the displacement of the object to be measured (Force Gauge displacement calculation method: the measured force value is multiplied by 10mm in addition to the push-pull force Measurement range). Expressed by the formula as follows:
Displacement mm = Ruler reading mm- {Measured force value (N)/Push-pull force Measurement range (N) } × 10mm
Notice
• The digital display ruler needs to be cleared before the test
• When calculating the displacement, subtract the displacement of the Force Gauge itself
• Ensure that the fixture is in good contact with the object being tested
• Pay attention to the matching of the push-pull force Measurement range with the measured force value
