Principle

Drive the rack and pinion to rotate by hand pressure, and drive Force Gauge to conduct tension and compression tests. During the test, Force Gauge displays the force value, and the digital ruler displays the displacement. The actual displacement of the measured object is calculated by the formula.

Steps

1. Install the Force Gauge on the test stand and select the appropriate fixture to install it on the Force Gauge. 2. Swirl/spin the nut up and down to make the fixture come into contact with the object under test, and then clear the digital ruler to start the test. 3. The value displayed by the Force Gauge is the measured force value. 4. Displacement calculation: displacement mm = scale reading mm- {measured force value (N)/push-pull force Measurement range (N) } × 10mm
