The HBO Coating thickness gauge HC-210 is a single-function magnetic Coating thickness gauge with an external F-Probe, using an LCD digital display, with two continuous and single Measurement modes. Based on the principle of magnetic thickness measurement, the instrument can quickly, accurately and nondestructive measurement of coating platings thickness. Portable design makes it suitable for a variety of occasions such as laboratories and engineering sites.
1. Using the magnetic thickness measurement method, the thickness of the nonmagnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate can be measured; 2. Measurement modes of continuous measurement and single measurement; 3. There are two working methods: direct and group. 4. Provide five statistics: Average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Number of Tests, Standard Deviation; 5. Support two calibration methods, and use the basic calibrating method to correct the Probe system error; 6. With storage function, 500 Measured values can be stored; 7. Equipped with power undervoltage indication function; 8. There is a beep prompt during the operation; 9, with printing function, can print Measured value, statistical value, limit, histogram; 10. The HC-210 Coating thickness gauge uses the principle of magnetic thickness measurement to calculate the thickness of the covering layer nondestructive and quickly by measuring the signal difference between magnetic metal substrates (e.g. steel, iron) and nonmagnetic covering layers (e.g. paints, zinc) due to changes in Magnetic flux.

1. Probe connected to the instrument; 2. Place the Probe in an open space and press the power button to turn it on; 3. Check the battery voltage. 4. Measured values before the last shutdown are usually displayed after booting; 5. Decide whether to calibrate the instrument as needed; 6. During measurement, quickly contact the Probe vertically with the test surface and press the positioning sleeve lightly. After hearing the sound, read the Measured value displayed on the screen, and lift the Probe for the next measurement; 7. When shutting down, it can automatically shut down after about 2 to 5 minutes of no operation, or press the power button to shut down immediately.
