Principle
The hardness gauge applies pressure to the surface of the microporous material by pressing the needle, and displays the Hardness value on the dial through the pointer according to the degree of deformation of the material, so as to realize the Hardness measurement function.

Steps
1. Check whether the pointer indicates the zero position in the free state
2. If there is a slight deviation, loosen the compression screw, turn the dial to align with the zero position, and then tighten the compression screw
3. Press the hardness gauge on the flat reference plane to verify that the pointer should refer to 100 +/- 1Hc
4. Measurement range 10Hc-90Hc
Notice
• You must check whether the pointer points to the zero position before use
• When pressed on the reference plane, the pointer should refer to 100 +/- 1Hc, otherwise it cannot be used
Measurement range is 10Hc-90Hc, beyond the range Miscellaneous Measuring method
• If it cannot be displayed accurately, you should contact customer service and send it back to the manufacturer for adjustment.
