Principle
DCY-4006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses intelligent liquid crystal display temperature control part, Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, circulating stirring part, heater, refrigeration part and other components to work together. The system monitors the temperature of the inner tank, uses a microcomputer to control the heating and cooling output, and combines a circulating pump to ensure the uniform and stable temperature in the tank to achieve accurate thermostatic control.
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and start the device
2. Use the function keys, increase keys, decrease keys, and shift keys to set the target temperature and related parameters
3. Turn on the refrigeration switch and cycle switch as needed
4. Monitoring PV display Measuring temperature, SV display Set temperature or parameters
5. Observe the status of operating indicators, heating lamps and alarm lamps to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
6. Turn off the power switch after use and clean the equipment
Notice
• Pay attention to the liquid level alarm function, and deal with the water level problem in time when the water replenishment indicator light is on
• The running indicator light is always on to indicate that the device is running, and when it flashes, it indicates the self-tuning working state.
• When the alarm light is on, check for abnormal overtemperature or water level
• Make sure the inlet and outlet pipes are connected correctly to avoid leakage
• Regularly check the drain valve and heat dissipation plate to keep the equipment clean
