4. Automatic timing mode, the force holding time during the test can be set
5. Average mode, the number of trials can be set
6. Automatic shutdown function
7. Host computer software, Chinese WINDOWS interface
8. Linear dispersion of test results, including real-time Hardness value-time, Hardness peak-times, and timed Hardness value-times
9. Qualification judgment, in addition to automatically obtaining test results, qualification judgment can be made according to the qualified range of the preset Standard value
10. Automatic storage, test data and Linear dispersion are automatically stored in the computer, and the number of storage is unlimited
11. Test data, the test data can be queried and exported in excel format
12. Test report, can be prepared in the format required by the user, form a report and print it
Principle
Place the sample on a solid plane, hold the HS-C digital microporous material hardness gauge, keep the pressure foot parallel to the surface of the sample, and press the pressure needle vertically into the sample smoothly without any vibration during the process. When the bottom surface of the HS-C digital microporous material hardness gauge is just in complete stable contact with the surface of the sample, read within 1s, and the screen display value is the sample Hardness value.
Applications
Mass testing, physical experiments
Standards
HG/T2489-2007 Test method for microporous hardness of materials for shoes
Steps
1. Place the specimen on a solid surface
2. Handheld HS-C digital display microporous material hardness gauge, keep the pressure foot parallel to the surface of the sample
3. Smoothly press the crimp vertically into the sample without any vibration during the process
4. When the plantar surface is just in complete stable contact with the specimen surface, read within 1s
5. Read the screen display value as the sample Hardness value
Notice
• Keep the pressure foot parallel to the specimen surface
• The needle must be pressed vertically into the specimen
• There can be no vibration during the process
• Readings within 1s after the bottom surface of the pressor foot is in complete stable contact with the surface of the specimen
