Overview
The SDPTOP DCY-4015 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is an upgraded version of the DC series, featuring an intelligent LCD display and a microcomputer thermostatic Control system for precise temperature control. The device consists of a temperature control section, Sensor, circulating stirring system, heater, cooling component and stainless steel inner tank, suitable for experimental and industrial applications requiring a stable low temperature environment.
Features
1. Upgraded products of DC series Low Temperature Circulating Bath, using newly designed LCD display and microcomputer thermostatic Control system;
2. It can add communication functions to support two-way communication with computers.
3. Equipped with liquid level alarm function;
Flow rate 10 L/min, Power 1500W-3500W;
5. The inner tank and the box are made of high-quality stainless steel to maintain the advantages of the DC series.
6. Temperature Fluctuation +/- 0.05 ℃, Display resolution 0.1 ℃.
Principle
DCY-4015 Low Temperature Circulating Bath adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer Control system, uses the Pt100 Platinum Resistance Sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and combines the heater and cooling components to achieve accurate temperature control. The circulating mixing system ensures uniform temperature distribution in the tank, and the liquid level alarm function monitors the water level status to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and start the device.
2. Use the function keys, increase keys, decrease keys, and shift keys to set the target temperature and parameters.
3. Turn on the circulation switch and start the mixing pump.
4. Turn on the refrigeration switch as required.
5. Monitor PV and SV displays to ensure temperature stability.
6. After running, turn off the power switch.
Notice
• Pay attention to the liquid level alarm indicator light, and replenish water in time when the water level is low;
• The running indicator light is always on to indicate normal work, and may be in a self-tuning state when flashing;
• When the heating lamp is on, it indicates the heating output, and pay attention to the risk of high temperature;
• When the alarm light is on, check for overtemperature or water level problems;
Make sure the equipment is placed on a smooth surface to avoid tilting.
• Regularly check the drain valve and heat dissipation plate to keep them clean.
