SDPTOP NDJ-1,0 Viscometer is an instrument for the measurement of Tack resistance and absolute viscosity of fluids such as oils, paints, food, gluing agents, etc.

Principle
The Viscometer calculates absolute viscosity by measuring the Tack Resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid.

Steps
Step 1 Install the right rotor
2. Measuring location of samples
3. Manually select the desired Rotation speed
4. Start the instrument for measurement
5. Read the viscosity value displayed by the pointer
Notice
• Make sure the rotor is firmly installed to avoid loosening
• Check sample condition before measurement to ensure no impurities
• Choose the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed according to the sample viscosity
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
