Overview
The SDPTOP NDJ-5S Viscometer is a digital viscosity measurement instrument suitable for the determination of Tack Resistance and Absolute Viscosity of various fluids such as oils, paints, food, gluing agents, etc. The instrument uses intelligent speed regulation technology and a wide voltage design to ensure stable operation in different environments.
Features
1. Tack resistance and absolute viscosity measurement of oils, paints, food, gluing agents and other fluids
2. Intelligent speed regulation, Chinese and English interface display
3. Using programmable motor, Frequency change does not affect Measurement accuracy
4.8 Rotation speeds for different Measurement ranges (NDJ-8S)
5. Can measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquid, that is, dynamic viscosity
6. Wide voltage to adapt to 110~ 240V voltage
7. Optional No. 0 rotor
Principle
The Viscometer calculates absolute viscosity by measuring the Tack resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid. Driven by a programmable motor, the Rotation speed is intelligently adjusted to ensure Measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in external voltage Frequency.
Applications
Grease, paints, food, gluing agent
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Place the sample in the measurement vessel
3. Turn on the power and set the Rotation speed
4. Start measurement and read viscosity value
5. Clean the rotor for next use
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 110~ 240V range
• Calibrate instruments before measurement to improve accuracy
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments
• Clean the rotor in time after use to prevent residues from affecting the next measurement
• Follow the Operation Manual for maintenance and storage
