Principle
The FA124 Electronic Analytical Balance detects the mass of the weighed object with a High Accuracy Sensor and converts the signal into a digital display. It uses an external Calibration method, uses a 100g test weight to ensure weighing accuracy, and has automatic zero tracking and shock resistance to maintain stable measurements.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, industrial quality control, educational institutions
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable plane and connect the power supply
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete.
3. Externally calibrated with 100g test weight
4. Place the object to be tested on the pan and read the display value
5. Use peeling function to remove container weight
6. Select the piece or percentage weighing mode as required
7. Turn off the power after weighing
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature at 5 ℃~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Regularly clean the pan and Draft Shield to keep the equipment clean
• When calibrating, the specified 100g weight should be used to ensure accuracy
• Glass door protection lock is enabled during transportation to prevent damage to parts
• Avoid use in strong airflow or vibration environment, affecting accuracy
