Principle
The FA1604 Electronic Analytical Balance detects the mass of the weighed object with a High Accuracy Sensor and converts the signal into a digital display. It uses an external Calibration method, uses test weights to ensure weighing accuracy, and has automatic zero tracking and shock resistance to stabilize the measurement results in the working environment.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, industrial quality control, educational institutions
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable plane and connect the power supply
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete.
3. Use external test weight to calibrate (if required)
4. Place the object to be weighed on the pan
5. Read the weighing results on the LCD screen
6. Perform peeling, piece counting, or unit conversion operations as required
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the pan
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5 ° C to 40 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Periodically use the test weight for external calibration to ensure accuracy
• Keep pan and Draft Shield clean to prevent dust from affecting weighing
• Glass door protection lock is enabled during transportation to prevent damage to parts
• Power supply voltage (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz) to avoid power mismatch
• Avoid operating in a strong vibration or air disturbance environment
