2. Using ABS engineering plastics, corrosion resistance, Impact resistance, light and strong structure;
3. Built-in hook, overload protection pan, with airflow Draft Shield and display screen protective cover;
4. Provide additional dust and scratch protection to extend service life.
5. Glass door transport protection lock, 4-sided fully transparent Glass Draft Shield, one side aluminum alloy back plate;
6. Full scale range peeling, four-level shockproof, adjustable weighing speed;
7. All aluminum Balance base, prevent low frequency vibration, the fuselage is stable;
8. Piece counting and percentage weighing functions;
9. Automatic zero tracking adjustable, super overload protection;
10. Automatic fault diagnosis;
11. Multiple unit conversions.
Principle
Electronic Analytical Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating, and detects the mass of the weighing object through the Sensor, and converts it into an electrical signal for processing and display. It uses an external Calibration method, uses a 200g test weight to ensure weighing accuracy, and has automatic zero tracking and shock protection functions to stabilize the measurement results.
Applications
Laboratory, scientific research, education, industrial quality control
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and connect the power supply;
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete;
3. Use 200g test weight for external calibrating;
4. Place the items to be weighed on the pan;
5. Read the weighing results on the LCD screen;
6. Perform peeling, piece counting or unit conversion operations as required;
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the pan.
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is 5 ℃~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 85%;
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to Balance;
Periodic external calibrating to ensure accuracy;
• Keep pan and Draft Shield clean to prevent dust effects;
• Fix Draft Shield with Glass Door Protection Lock during transportation;
• Power supply voltage needs to match 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz.
