Overview
The SDPTOP JA2003 Electronic Precision Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a weighing range of 200g and a Readability of 1mg for laboratory and industrial environments. It features an oversized backlit LCD screen and high Sensitivity touch buttons for easy operation, and is equipped with airflow Draft Shield and overload protection to ensure weighing accuracy and equipment durability.
Features
1. Large LCD screen with backlight, High Sensitivity touch button, easy to operate;
2. Sensitivity touch button, built-in hook;
3. Overload protection pan, under the pan with airflow Draft Shield;
4. Display shield, providing additional dust and scratch protection to extend the service life of Balance;
5. With Glass Door Transport Protection Lock, 4-sided fully transparent Glass Draft Shield, one side aluminum alloy back plate;
6. Full scale range peeling, four-level shockproof, adjustable weighing speed;
7. All aluminum Balance base, prevent low frequency vibration, the fuselage is more stable;
8. Piece counting, percentage weighing, gram, ounce, carat and other unit conversions;
9. Automatic zero tracking adjustable, super overload protection, automatic fault diagnosis.
Principle
The electronic Precision Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrate. Sensor detects the weight of the weighed object and converts it into an electrical signal for processing and display. Automatic zero tracking and Adjustment ensure weighing accuracy, while Draft Shield and shockproof design reduce external interference.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial weighing, quality control, education and research, pharmaceutical, chemical, Food processing
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal surface and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete;
3. Use external test weight to calibrate to ensure accuracy;
4. Place the object to be weighed on the pan to avoid overload;
5. Select the desired unit (e.g. grams, ounces, or carats) and function (e.g. piece count or percentage) by tapping a button.
6. Read the weighing results on the display screen and record the data.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the pan.
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%;
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor;
• Regularly calibrate with external test weights to maintain accuracy;
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratching the display and Draft Shield;
• Glass door protection lock is enabled during transportation to prevent damage to parts;
• Power supply voltage needs to match (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz) to avoid improper use;
• Keep Draft Shield closed during weighing to reduce airflow effects.
