8. Piece count, percentage weighing, gram, ounce, carat and other unit conversions
9. Automatic zero tracking adjustable, super overload protection, automatic fault diagnosis
Principle
The electronic Precision Balance detects the weight of the weighed object through the High Accuracy Sensor and converts the signal into a digital display. It uses automatic zero tracking and quad shock protection technology to ensure stable readings under environmental disturbances. Airflow Draft Shield and overload protection mechanisms further reduce external factors for accurate weighing.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial weighing, quality control, educational research, pharmaceutical, chemical
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth surface and connect the power supply
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete.
3. Adjustment (external calibrate) to calibrate to ensure accuracy
4. Place the object to be weighed on the pan and read the display data
5. Use peeling function to remove container weight and perform Net weight weighing
6. Switch units (grams, ounces, carats) or perform piece counting and percentage weighing as needed
7. After weighing, turn off the power and clean the pan
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Regularly clean Draft Shield and pan to prevent dust accumulation from affecting accuracy
• When using external test weights, make sure the weights are accurate
• Enable Glass Door Protection Lock during transportation to prevent damage to Glass Draft Shield
• Avoid operating in a strong vibration or air disturbance environment
• Power supply voltage needs to match (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz) to prevent equipment failure
