Overview
Hypertherm SD-J digital Shore Shore Durometer test stand is a new type of D-type digital Shore Shore Durometer special bracket produced by Hypertherm, which has the advantages of good test Stability, scientific structural design and sturdy test platform. The test bracket is specially used for HS-D digital Shore D-type hardness gauge. It is equipped with a fixed load weight and an adjustable horizontal workbench to greatly improve the measurement accuracy. Principle
Through adjustable horizontal table and fixed load weight coordination, to ensure that the hardness gauge presser foot in full contact with the sample, hardness testing under the action of weight gravity, improve the measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on a circular platform and release the star handle on the cross arm of the SD-J digital display Shore Durometer test stand
2. Adjust the height of the cross arm to the bottom surface of the Shore Shore Durometer, about 5mm away from the measured surface of the sample
3. Tighten the star handle on the cross arm of the SD-J digital display Shore Shore Durometer test stand
4. Press down the handle, so that the Shore Shore Durometer is in full contact with the sample under the action of fixed load weight gravity. The value displayed by the hardness gauge is the Hardness value of the tested sample
5. In order to improve the Precision of the test, the average value is taken about 5 times in different positions where the measuring points are at least 6mm apart
Notice
• No. 20 lubricating oil should be added frequently to each movable part
• After the test is completed, the Shore Shore Durometer test stand should be wiped clean to prevent moisture
• Apply a small amount of anti-rust oil after the test is completed
