Principle
The Universal Testing Machine uses a servo motor to drive a High Accuracy ball screw to achieve accurate loading and displacement control. The controller has built-in measurement and control software to measure load and displacement in real time, automatically perform the test process of constant velocity loading or constant velocity displacement, and dynamically display the test Linear dispersion for data calculation and storage.

Steps
1. Install the tensile fixture and secure the specimen.
2. Set test parameters, such as loading speed or displacement speed.

Notice
• The test load shall not exceed 30kN, and the machine will automatically protect when overloaded by 10%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50HZ before use to ensure safe grounding.
• Ensure that the fixture is firm when installing the sample to avoid loosening affecting the accuracy.
• Periodically calibrate force value and Displacement measurement system to ensure accuracy class of 0.5.
• Pay attention to the electronic limit protection function during operation to prevent the test bench from exceeding Travel.
• Extended configuration such as extensometer or large deformation measurement should be selected according to requirements.
