Overview
FARUI FR-1204-608 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is a device specially used to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of materials. It adopts Chinese or English LCD display touch screen, simple operation, easy program editing, can display complete system operation data, execution and setting program Linear dispersion, and automatically display the cause and troubleshooting method when the operation is abnormal.
Features
1. High texture Appearance, the body adopts circular arc shape, the surface is treated by matte stripes, and the flat non-reaction handle is adopted, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2. Rectangle laminated Glass viewing window, can be observed in the test, the window with sweat-proof electric heater device to prevent water vapor condensation, and high-luminance PL fluorescent lamp to maintain the lighting in the box.
3. The box door is double-decked to isolate the air tightness, effectively isolating the internal temperature leakage.
4. With an external water supply system, it is convenient to replenish the humidified bucket water supply and automatically recycle it for use.
5. The Compressor circulation system can effectively remove the lubricating oil between the condenser and the capillary tubing, and the whole series adopts environmentally friendly refrigerants (R23, R404, R507).
6. The controller adopts imported LCD Display screen, which can display the measured value, set value and time at the same time.
7. The controller has multi-stage program editing and temperature and Humidity can be used for fast (OUICK) or slope (SLOP) control.
8. The built-in mobile pulley is easy to move and place, and has a strong positioning screw to fix the position.
Principle
The equipment achieves accurate constant temperature and humidity environment through Compressor circulation system and Temperature Humidity Control system. The controller adopts multi-stage program editing, which can quickly or slope control the temperature and Humidity to ensure stable and reliable test conditions.

Steps
1. Select Chinese or English LCD touch screen for program editing.
2. Set temperature and Humidity parameters, choose fast or slope control mode.
3. Start the device and observe the system operation data displayed on the screen.
4. Monitor the status of the test subject through the observation window during the test.
5. In case of abnormality, the screen automatically displays the cause of the failure and the troubleshooting method.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃.
• Power supply voltage needs to match 50/60HZ 380V.
• The heat load should not exceed 50W.
• Make sure the connection is correct when using an external water supply system.
• Use the built-in pulley and fix the position screw when moving the device.
