FARUI FR-1204-800 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is designed to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. It is suitable for mass detection of electronics, plastic products, electrical appliances, meters, food, vehicles, metals, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. The equipment adopts Chinese or English LCD display touch screen, simple operation, easy program editing, can display complete system operating status data, execution and setting program Linear dispersion, and automatically display the cause and troubleshooting method when the operation is abnormal.

Principle
The testing machine controls the temperature through the Compressor circulation system, uses environmentally friendly refrigerant to achieve cooling and heating, and adjusts Humidity in combination with the humidification system. The controller monitors and adjusts the temperature Humidity parameters in real time through the LCD screen, and supports multi-stage program editing to ensure a stable test environment. The circulating fan distributes air evenly to maintain the temperature Humidity uniformity in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 50/60Hz 380V.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English LCD display touch screen.
3. Edit the test program and set the Temperature range (-40~ 150 ℃) and Humidity range (20~ 98% R. H).
4. Place the test sample in the studio and adjust the spacing between the plates (5.0cm per cell).
5. Start the equipment, monitor the screen to display data, and ensure that the thermal insulation Humidity is stable.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃.
• The heat load does not exceed 50W.
• Use environmentally friendly refrigerant to avoid leakage.
• Regularly check the water supply system to prevent blockages.
• Use the built-in pulley when moving the device and fix it with a positioning screw.
• The observation window sweat-proof electric heater needs to work normally to prevent water vapor from condensing.
• If there is an abnormality, the screen will automatically display the fault and eliminate it in time.
