FARUI FR-1204-1000 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is designed to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. It is suitable for mass detection of products in the fields of electronics, plastic products, electrical appliances, instrumentation, food, vehicles, metals, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other fields. The equipment adopts Chinese or English LCD display touch screen, simple operation, easy program editing, can display complete system operation data, execution and setting procedures Linear dispersion, and automatically display the cause and troubleshooting method when the operation is abnormal.

Principle
The equipment realizes temperature control through Compressor circulation system and environmentally friendly refrigerant, adjusts Humidity in combination with humidification system, and adopts high and low temperature resistant aluminum alloy multi-wing circulating fan to ensure uniform temperature and Humidity in the box. The controller supports multi-stage program editing through LCD screen display and touch operation to achieve rapid or slope temperature and Humidity changes to meet various testing needs.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 50/60Hz 380V.
2. Select the Chinese or English interface through the touch screen to edit the test program.
3. Set Temperature range (-40~ 150 ℃) and Humidity range (20~ 98% R. H).
4. Start the device and observe the LCD screen displaying the measured and set values.
5. Observe the sample through the viewing window during the test, using lighting if necessary.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃.
• The heat load does not exceed 50W.
• Use the built-in pulley when moving the device, and tighten the positioning screw to fix it.
• Regularly check the water supply system to ensure that the humidifier is supplying water normally.
• Avoid operating when condensing water vapor in the viewing window, and the sweat-proof electric heater needs to work normally.
• In case of abnormal circumstances, refer to the Troubleshooting method displayed on the screen.
