The OSP-25 L2000φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool made of 304 stainless steel with Eletroplating finish. The product has an effective application width of 2000mm for precise wet film thickness control of 25µm.

Principle
The formed wire coating bar forms a specific gap by precisely wrapping the wire on the surface of the stainless steel rod. When the coating bar moves on the surface of the substrate, the excess paint is scraped off, leaving only the wet-film of the set thickness. The diameter of the wire and the winding spacing determine the final Spreader thickness.

Steps
1. Pour the paint evenly over one end of the substrate
2. Hold both ends of the coating bar and place it at an appropriate angle in front of the paint
3. Push the coating bar forward smoothly and evenly
4. Clean the coating bar in time after completing the Spreader
5. Safe storage in drying environment
