Principle
The formed wire scraping rod forms a specific gap through a steel wire precisely wound on its surface. When the scraping rod rolls on the surface of the substrate, the excess paint is scraped off, leaving only the wet-film coating consistent with the film thickness of the steel wire gap, thus achieving accurate wet film thickness control.

Steps
1. Apply the coating evenly to the starting end of the substrate to be Spreader.
2. Place both ends of the scraper on the substrate smoothly to ensure that the scraper is in parallel contact with the substrate surface.
3. Push or pull the scraper at a uniform speed in a single direction to ensure that the paint is evenly scraped.
4. After Spreader is completed, use the appropriate solvent to clean the scraper in time.
