Overview
The Dutch TQC Film Impact Tester SP1895 is a film drop weight Impact Tester compliant with international standards ASTM G14-04 and EN 1 2206-1: 2004. It is equipped with a V-shaped sample slot with a spring clip and a base bubble level to ensure that the test machine is placed horizontally. The equipment is suitable for testing the impact performance and flexibility of the film, and the performance is evaluated by observing the cracking of the film surface.

Principle
The Impact Tester slides freely through the conduit with a drop weight to impact the film surface at a specific height, and observes the cracking of the film to evaluate its impact performance and flexibility.

Steps
1. Check whether the testing machine is placed horizontally, the components are installed correctly, and select the appropriate diameter punch
2. Press the test plate with the side pressing handle
3. Gently lower the weight to the punch and adjust the catheter to keep the 0 scale level with the drop weight bracket
4. Make sure that the punch can be raised by pressing the red button, and the drop weight can slide freely on the duct
5. Adjust the height limit ring and adjust the weight to the corresponding scale line according to the required height of the test
6. Raise the drop weight and lock it with release pliers
7. Raise the drop hammer to the starting position and press the red button to release the test sample
8. Check the test sample coating cracking
9. According to experimental requirements, repeability test
