Overview
The JINGKELIAN QCJ-100 Paint Film Impact Tester is a special instrument designed according to the GB1732-79 standard for measuring the impact strength of paint films by dropping heavy objects from a height. The instrument is made of aluminum tube material, Net weight 11kg, suitable for paint film performance testing in laboratory and industrial environments.
Features
1. Impact height adjustable range 0~ 100cm, Division 1cm, high accuracy.
2. Drop weight mass 1000g, punch diameter φ 8mm, Impact depth 2mm, parameter standardization.
3. The aperture of the die base is φ 15mm, and the curvature radius of the edge of the pillow pad is 2.5 to 3.0mm, which is reasonable in design.
4. Compact shape, size 250 * 140 * 830mm, easy to operate and store.
5. Made of aluminum tube, it is light and durable.
Principle
The weight is fixed at the required height by the controller screw, and the height is read by the positioning mark. Press the controller screw to compress the spring, so that the round hole of the controller slider is aligned with the round hole of the upper cover and lower bottom of the controller, and the hook releases the weight to fall and hit the punch rod. Impact strength is evaluated by observing the paint film of the sample plate.
Steps
1. Place the sample on the pillow pad block.
2. Use the controller screws to adjust the weight to the specified height.
3. Press the controller screw to release the weight for Impact.
4. Lift the weight body and take out the sample to observe the paint film test results.
Notice
• When the instrument is transported and stored for a long time, it should be parcelled with moisture-proof items and put into a wooden box, which is filled with soft fillers to prevent vibration.
• The storage location should be dried to avoid corrosion gases in the air.
• Ensure that the weight and punch are properly aligned during operation to prevent accidental release.
• Regularly check the instrument components to ensure proper functioning.
