Overview
CH1006 Super Thermostatic bath is a special thermostatic device specially designed by CNSHP brand for rotational viscometers. It adopts a microcomputer intelligent Control system and an imported PT100 temperature sensor. It has the functions of breaking couple protection and over-temperature alarm. The device has Temperature Fluctuation of +/- 0.05 ° C, Display resolution of 0.1 ° C, Pump Flow rate of 8L/min, Inner tank and box are made of stainless steel, and a circulating pump can establish a second thermostatic field.
This series of products are available in different Temperature ranges (100, 150, 200, 300 ℃) and liner volume (6, 15 liters), wear and corrosion resistance, application temperature up to 300 ℃, can provide users with High Accuracy, controlled, uniform temperature constant field source.

Principle
The super Thermostatic bath realizes accurate temperature control through a microcomputer intelligent Control system and PID adjustment, and uses an imported PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time. The equipment is equipped with a circulating pump to lead the thermostatic liquid in the tank outside to establish a second thermostatic field, and maintain uniform and stable temperature through internal/external circulation. The temperature of the liquid in the tank is directly transferred to the test sample to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a suitable working position
2. Add an appropriate amount of thermostatic liquid to the tank
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device
4. Control system to set the required temperature
5. After the temperature stabilizes, put in the test sample
6. For external circulation, connect the external pipeline

8. Turn off the power after use
