Overview
SNB-2 digital display Viscometer is an upgraded product of CNSHP brand rotational viscometer. It adopts professional mechanical design, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, and the data collection is correct. The display uses a blue-backlit, high-luminance LED display screen, and the data display is clear. The instrument is equipped with RS-232, temperature sensor, printer and other interface functions. Optional PC cable and CD-ROM can record test data. Optional temperature sensor can measure liquid temperature, and optional micro-printer can directly print test results.

Principle
This instrument uses the swirl/spin viscosity test principle to measure viscosity by the resistance of the rotor when swirl/spin in a liquid. Microcomputer control technology ensures correct data collection for the measurement of viscosity in Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity in non-Newtonian liquids.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 10%)
2. Select the appropriate rotor (1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #, 0 #optional) and Rotation speed (0.3/0 6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm)
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically scans and selects the appropriate parameters
5. After the measurement result is stable, the rotor automatically stops
6. Read the viscosity value on the LCD display (1~ 2000000mPa · s)
7. Optional connection to PC to record data, use temperature sensor to measure temperature or connect printer to print results
