Overview
CNSHP LHS-16A Electronic Moisture Analyzer is a new product that integrates electromagnetic force equilibrating Electronic Balance technology, halogen radiation technology and temperature control technology. It is small in size, perfect in function, easy to use, and durable. It has various functions such as weighing calibrate, temperature and time setting, manual automatic heating selection, adjustable display parameters, and buzzer prompt for heating end under the control of a single-chip microcomputer. It also supports RS232 serial printer or computer output 8 parameters and 4 output modes to select. It works fast and can generally complete the test in a few minutes. It is widely used in laboratories and daily stocking and process control in food, grain, chemical and other industries.

Principle
The Moisture Analyzer adopts the drying method, combines the Electronic Balance technology of electromagnetic force equilibrating, halogen radiation technology and temperature control technology, and realizes the moisture determination under the program control of the single-chip microcomputer.

Steps
1. Weigh and calibrate
2. Set the temperature and time
3. Select manual or automatic heating mode
4. Adjust the display parameters
5. Start the measurement, and the buzzer will prompt after the heating is over.
Notice
• Sample volume should be ≥ 2g to ensure Repeatability
• Heating Temperature range is RT +~ 160 ℃, adjustment accuracy is +/- 1 ℃
• Timer Range 0~ 120 minutes, need to be set reasonably
• Power supply voltage 220V (50Hz) or 110V +/- 11V (60Hz) to ensure matching
• Manual or automatic mode can be selected at the end of the measurement
