Overview
AMITTARI AS-120MF memory sponge hardness gauge is dedicated to the measurement of memory sponge (also known as slow rebound sponge, space zero pressure, aerospace sponge, TEMPUR material, low rebound material, viscoelastic sponge) Hardness, used in aerospace, aviation and advanced equipment, high-end consumer goods. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, small body light, intuitive reading, etc., can be handheld measurement or installed on a fixed load rack for fixed load measurement.

Principle
The hardness gauge applies pressure to the memory sponge by measuring the needle and pressing the foot, measures its Hardness value, and visually displays the data through the LCD display, supports USB or Bluetooth output to communicate with the PC, and realizes the reading and recording of Hardness value.

Steps
1. Install the battery and turn it on.
2. Select handheld measurement or mount on a loading rack.
3. Point the stylus at the memory sponge sample and apply pressure.
4. Read the Hardness Value, Average or MAX Maximum on the LCD display.
5. Use USB or Bluetooth output data to communicate with PC.
6. Manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after use.
Notice
* Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 0~ 40 ℃ and Humidity < 90% RH.
* Regularly check the battery power to avoid undervoltage affecting Measurement accuracy.
* Keep the stylus and pressure foot clean during measurement to prevent contamination of the sample.
* Avoid use in extreme environments to prevent equipment damage.
* Shut down in time after use to save power.
