Overview
The Bante531-S Portable Conductivity Meter is a High Accuracy Portable conductivity/salinity measuring instrument with seawater and practical salinity measurement capabilities. The meter supports 1 to 5 point button calibrating, and the built-in system menu can customize 10 functional parameters. It is suitable for outdoor measurement of liquid conductivity and salinity. Measurement accuracy is 0.5% F.S.

Principle
The Conductivity Meter uses the Conductivity detector Electrode measurement liquid conductivity, using automatic temperature compensation technology to ensure accurate measurement over the full range. The meter supports a variety of Electrode constant selection, and can customize various functional parameters through the system menu to achieve accurate conductivity and salinity measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the meter power
2. Select Measurement mode (conductivity or salinity)
3. Electrode constant, temperature compensation and other parameters as needed
4. Perform 1 to 5 point calibrating (optional)
5. Electrode immersion in the liquid to be tested
6. Read or lock data after waiting for Measured value to stabilize
7. Can store measurement data or transfer to computer via USB interface

• Conductivity detector standards specified should be used when calibrating
• Electrode should be completely immersed in liquid during measurement
• Regularly check the battery level, low battery level may affect Measurement accuracy
