The Bante931-Br bromide ion meter is a precision laboratory ion meter for the measurement of bromide Ion concentration in liquid samples with a Measurement accuracy of 0.5% F.S. The meter is equipped with a large screen backlit LCD display, supports 2 to 5 point button calibrating and automatic end point locking.
1. Precision bromine ion meter with large screen backlit LCD display. 2.2 to 5 point button calibrated, optional 8 Ion concentration calibrated points. 3. Read the Ion concentration value directly to avoid cumbersome conversion and calculation. 4. Optional concentration units (ppm, mg/L, mol/L) to meet a variety of ion measurement needs. 5. Automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate measurement within the full range. 6. Automatic calibration reminder, prompts the user to calibrate the meter regularly. 7. Automatic end point lock, keep stable Measured value for easy browsing or recording. 8. mV Measurement mode for calculating Electrode range to ensure measurement accuracy. 9. The system menu can customize the number of calibrated points, Ion concentration unit, Stability standard, data lock mode, automatic shutdown mode and other 8 functional parameters. 10. One-click reset function, automatically restore the meter to the factory default settings. 11. Extended memory can store up to 500 sets of measurement data. 12. The built-in clock automatically marks the date and time of stored data to comply with GLP specifications. 13. USB Communication interface sends stored data to PC.
The Bante931-Br bromine ion meter uses ion-selective Electrode measurement of bromine Ion concentration in liquid samples, combined with automatic temperature compensation technology, to ensure accurate measurement under different temperature conditions. The meter uses mV Measurement mode to calculate Electrode range and optimizes the measurement process with custom parameters through the system menu.
Ion concentration measurement in laboratory liquid samples
GLP specification
1. Connect Bromine Ion Selective Electrode and Temperature Probe. 2. Turn on the meter power. 3. Select Ion concentration units (e.g. ppm, mg/L or mol/L). 4. Perform 2 to 5 point calibrating using ionic standard solution. 5. Immerse the Electrode in the sample to be tested. 6. Wait for the Measured value to stabilize, and the automatic endpoint lock function will retain the data. 7. Read and record Ion concentration values. 8. Optional storage of data to memory or sending to computer via USB interface.
• Make sure the meter is calibrated before use, and the calibrated reminder function can help with regular maintenance. • Electrode cleaning during measurement to avoid contamination affecting accuracy. • Automatic temperature compensation needs to be connected to the temperature probe to ensure full scale accuracy. • Data lock mode can be manually or automatically set according to measurement requirements. • Avoid operating in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments to prevent damage to the instrument. • Regularly check the power supply and connectors to ensure stable power supply. • Memory capacity when storing data, up to 500 sets. • Clean Electrode in time after use and store Accessories properly.
