Overview
The AMITTARI AV-160B Vibration Meter is a Portable Digital Vibration Meter that simultaneously displays three Measurement parameters: Displacement, Speed and Acceleration. It is designed for on-site measurement of a wide range of mechanical vibrations and uses a high-performance accelerometer for accurate and repeatability measurements, providing data support for quality control, running time and equipment maintenance.

Principle
The AV-160B vibrator converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal through piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor, and displays three parameters of displacement, speed and Acceleration at the same time after processing, so as to realize periodic motion measurement and mechanical imBalance detection.

Steps
Connect Piezoelectric Sensor to AV-160B Vibrator and swirl/spin until locked
2. Use the magnetic suction seat to fix the piezoelectric Sensor on the point to be measured to ensure that the fixed surface is flat and clean, if possible, use screws to install directly
3. Tap the power button to turn on the power supply, and display three Measurement parameters at the same time

* Ensure Sensor Fixing Surface is Flat and Clean
* If possible, install the Sensor directly with screws
* Measurement speed (RMS) values should be in three orthogonal directions of the bearing housing
* Operating temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃
* relative humidity should be less than 90% RH
