Overview
AMITTARI 3D Triaxial Vibrator AV-160D is a portable digital 3D triaxial vibrator, using a three-axis piezoelectric vibration Sensor, which can simultaneously measure the vibration parameters of X, Y, Z three axes or single axes. The instrument has bearing condition measurement function, conforms to the international standard ISO2954, and is used to test various mechanical vibrations. Measurement accuracy is +/- 5% + 2 words.

Principle
The instrument adopts three-dimensional piezoelectric Acceleration meter, which integrates three piezoelectric Sensors of X, Y and Z axes into one Sensor, and converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal for measurement and analysis through piezoelectric effect.

Steps
Step 1 Install the battery
2. Select Measurement mode (three axis or single axis)
3. Measuring location of Sensors
4. Read the vibration parameters on the LCD display
5. You can choose to connect headphones for auscultation or connect to PC for communication.
6. Manual shutdown or wait 5 minutes for automatic shutdown

* Operating temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃
* relative humidity should be less than 90% RH
* Measurement speed (RMS) values should be in three orthogonal directions of the bearing housing

Regularly check the battery level
