Overview
The Bante810 laboratory dissolved oxygen meter is an economical laboratory device with a large backlit LCD screen. It is suitable for the measurement of dissolved oxygen concentration and percentage Saturation in water. Measurement accuracy is 0.5mg/L and supports 1 or 2 point button calibrating to ensure accurate measurement over the full range.
Features
1. Economical laboratory dissolved oxygen meter with large screen backlit LCD
2.1 or 2 point button calibrated for accurate measurements over full scale
3. Optional temperature and dissolved oxygen concentration unit (mg/L or ppm), to adapt to the use habits of different countries
4. Manual salinity and atmospheric pressure compensation to improve instrument Measurement accuracy
5. Automatic temperature compensation, eliminate data deviation due to temperature difference
6. Automatic end point locking, maintaining stable readings for easy browsing or recording
7. Built-in system menu, can customize the number of calibrated points, temperature unit, data lock mode, shutdown mode and other 6 functional parameters
8. One-click reset (Reset), automatically restore the meter to the factory default settings
Principle
Bante810 laboratory dissolved oxygen meter uses DO100 polarographic dissolved Oxygen electrode for measurement, and detects the dissolved Oxygen concentration in water by electrochemistry. The instrument eliminates the influence of environmental factors on measurement results through automatic temperature compensation, manual salinity and atmospheric pressure compensation functions to ensure data accuracy.
Applications
Environmental monitoring and ecological research, water and wastewater treatment, educational applications
Steps
1. Connect DO100 polarographic dissolved Oxygen electrode to instrument 6 pin MINI connector
2. Turn on the power and start the meter.
3. Choose 1 or 2 point keys to calibrate as needed
4. Set temperature unit, salinity compensation, pressure compensation and other parameters
5. Electrode immersion in water sample to be tested
6. The instrument automatically performs temperature compensation and end point locking, and reads stable data
7. Clean Electrode after use, choose manual or automatic shutdown mode
Notice
• Electrode membrane cap in good condition before use, regularly change dissolved Oxygen electrode filler
Standard solutions should be used when calibrating to avoid operating in extreme temperature or pressure environments
• When manually compensating for salinity and atmospheric pressure, it needs to be accurately set according to the actual environment parameters
• Avoid Electrode exposure to air for a long time, clean and maintain in time after measurement
• In automatic shutdown mode, the meter will automatically shut down after 180 minutes of no operation to save power
• Pay attention to shock-proof and moisture-proof during transportation and storage, and keep the Encasement intact
