Overview
The A180 precision dissolved oxygen/BOD/OUR/SOUR meter is a laboratory Multi-Parameter measuring instrument of the BANTE brand, equipped with a 7-inch TFT display and 1000 sets of data storage capacity, suitable for measuring the dissolved oxygen concentration, BOD, oxygen consumption rate (OUR) and specific oxygen consumption rate (SOUR) of samples.
Features
1. Multi-Parameter dissolved oxygen meter with 7-inch TFT display
2.1 or 2 point button calibrated, using air saturated water or zero oxygen liquid
3. salinity and atmospheric pressure compensation to ensure accurate measurement over the full range
4. Optional test time, start/end DO to calculate oxygen consumption rate (OUR) and specific oxygen consumption rate (SOUR) values
5. Automatic temperature compensation, eliminate measurement deviation at different temperatures
6. Alarm limit, automatic warning Measured value exceeds the set range
7. Stability icon, prompt meter measurement status
8. Automatic end point lock, keep stable Measured value for easy browsing and recording
9. Interval reading mode, send Measured values to PC or printer regularly
10. Password protection to prevent unauthorized calibrating with settings
11. Extended memory can store up to 1000 sets of data
12. USB Communication interface Easy to connect external devices
13. One-click reset (Reset) automatically restores the meter to the factory default settings
Principle
The meter detects the dissolved oxygen concentration in the sample through the dissolved Oxygen electrode and ensures the measurement accuracy using automatic temperature compensation, salinity compensation and atmospheric pressure compensation technologies. In BOD, OUR and SOUR modes, the relevant parameters are calculated by setting the test time and the start/end DO value.
Applications
Laboratory determination of dissolved oxygen concentration, BOD, oxygen consumption rate (OUR) and specific oxygen consumption rate (SOUR) of samples
Steps
1. Connect dissolved Oxygen electrode and Power Adapter
2. Select Measurement mode (DO, BOD, OUR or SOUR)
3. Perform 1 or 2 point calibrate
4. Set relevant parameters (e.g. test time, interval readings, etc.)
5. Start the measurement and read the results
6. Data can be stored or output via USB interface
Notice
• Need to calibrate before use
• Regularly change dissolved Oxygen electrode filler and membrane cap
• Pay attention to salinity and atmospheric pressure compensation settings
• Avoid unauthorized calibrating and setting operations
• Ensure that the temperature is within the range of 0~ 50 ° C during measurement
