The Bante903-CN Precision pH/dissolved oxygen meter is a Multi-Parameter Laboratory Water Quality Analyzer with a large-screen backlit LCD display that integrates pH, Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), and dissolved oxygen concentration and Saturation measurements. The built-in system menu allows customization of 11 functional parameters for accurate analysis of a wide range of liquid samples.
1. Multi-Parameter measurement function, support pH, ORP and dissolved oxygen concentration and Saturation detection 2.1 to 5 point pH calibrated, automatically recognizes standard buffer, supports USA/NIST/DIN standard or custom calibrated 3. Electrode slope display, Electrode replacement time 4. ORP mode provides 1 point offset calibrated and relative/absolute mV mode 5. dissolved oxygen mode supports 1 or 2 point calibrated, with salinity and atmospheric pressure compensation 6. Automatic temperature compensation ensures full scale measurement accuracy 7. Automatic calibration reminder function 8. Automatic endpoint locking retains stable Measured value 9. Automatic Electrode Diagnostic Function 10. The system menu can customize 11 function parameters 11. One-click reset to restore factory settings 12. Extended memory to store 500 sets of data 13. Built-in clock automatically marks data date and time 14. USB Communication interface to transfer data to computer
The meter uses electrochemistry principles for measurement by connecting the corresponding Electrode Probe. pH measurement is based on the potential difference between the Glass electrode and the reference Electrode; ORP measurement detects the potential produced by oxidation reduction reactions; dissolved oxygen measurement uses Polarography to generate a current signal by diffusing oxygen molecules through the Electrode membrane. The meter corrects the effect of environmental factors on the measurement through automatic temperature compensation, salinity compensation and pressure compensation to ensure accurate readings.
Laboratory water quality analysis, environment monitoring, industrial process control, scientific research and education, aquaculture, sewage treatment, drinking water testing
GLP specification
1. Connect the corresponding Electrode Probe (pH Electrode, ORP Electrode or dissolved Oxygen electrode) 2. Turn on the power and select the desired Measurement mode (pH, ORP or DO) 3. Follow the prompts to calibrate (1-5 point pH calibrate, 1 point ORP calibrate or 1-2 point DO calibrate) 4. Electrode immersion in the sample to be tested 5. Wait for the reading to stabilize, and the meter automatically locks the end value. 6. Record or store measurement data 7. Use the USB interface to transfer and store data to the computer
• Electrode is nondestructive before use • Fresh standard buffer should be used when calibrating • Salinity and pressure compensation settings are required before dissolved oxygen measurement • Electrode maintenance and calibrating regularly • Avoid Electrode Exposure to Air for a Long Time When storing data, pay attention to the accuracy of the instrument's built-in clock • Use the designated Power Adapter • It is recommended to turn off the power when not in use for a long time
