Principle
The BI-620 Industrial Online pH Meter detects hydrogen ion concentration in water samples by pH Electrode and converts it into an electrical signal for measurement. The instrument uses automatic temperature compensation technology to ensure the accuracy of measurement in different temperature environments, and realizes data transmission through 4 to 20mA signal output and RS485 Communication interface.
Applications
Chemical, environmental protection, food industry
Standards
USA standards, NIST standards
Steps
1. Install the meter and connect the power supply
2. Connect pH Electrode and temperature sensor
Use USA or NIST standard buffer for 1 to 3 point calibrating
4. Set high/low alarm limits and hysteresis
5. Customize system parameters as required
6. Start measurement and monitoring of ph value
7. To restore the default settings, use the one-click reset function
Notice
• Please confirm that the power supply is DC24V before use
• Use the specified USA or NIST standard buffer when calibrating
• Note that Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0~ 60 ℃
• Regularly check the Electrode slope display and replace the aging Electrode in time
• Ensure that the signal output load does not exceed 500Ω
• Avoid use in environments beyond the Measurement range
