Overview
The MS300 Heating Magnetic Stirrer is a cost-effective laboratory device with a maximum heating temperature of 300 ° C and a stirring capacity of 2 liters. It has the function of setting various working parameters such as stirring time, heating temperature, thermostatic temperature, etc.
Features
1. Cost-effective heating Magnetic Stirrer, which can set multiple working parameters, such as heating temperature, thermostatic temperature, stirring time, etc.
2. Rotation speed setting, control the motor from slow to fast gradual growth, to prevent the motor sudden growth caused by the stirringrod stall.
3. The external temperature sensor can be immersed in the target liquid and automatically heated or thermostatic according to the set temperature.
4. The large LCD screen clearly displays the temperature and time, and can understand the stirring speed, heating and thermostatic status of the instrument through animated icons.
5.1 point temperature calibrated, can correct the current temperature value, to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
Principle
The device realizes the stirring function by magnetically driving the stirringrod to swirl/spin in the liquid; at the same time, through the built-in heating system and external temperature sensor, the heating or thermostatic process is automatically controlled to ensure accurate temperature.
Applications
Laboratory, chemical experiment, biological experiment, pharmacy, education and research
Steps
1. Place the magnetic stirringrod into the container and add the target liquid.
2. Connect external temperature sensor and immerse in liquid.
3. Set stirring speed, heating temperature, thermostatic temperature or stirring time by pressing the button.
4. Start the device and observe the working status of the LCD monitor.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the work plate and Accessories.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V/50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch.
• The mixing capacity does not exceed 2 liters to prevent overload.
• When using an external temperature sensor, make sure it is fully immersed in the liquid.
• Regularly calibrate the temperature to maintain accurate temperature control.
• Avoid water or liquids entering the equipment when cleaning.
