The POLTUBE-100 Polarimeter testtube is a universal testtube from the BANTE brand, suitable for manual, semi-automatic or automatic Polarimeters. The product is designed with a Glass shell with a built-in bubble well. The standard testtube length is 100mm, the capacity is 8 square centimeters, and the size is 100mm long × 27mm diameter.

Principle
The Polarimeter testtube, as the core accessory of the Polarimeter, holds the liquid sample to be tested through its Glass shell and bubble well structure. During the Polarimeter measurement process, the testtube ensures that rays of light penetrate the sample stably, and the bubble well helps eliminate bubble interference, thus accurately measuring the optical rotation characteristics of the sample.

Steps
1. Check whether the testtube Appearance is intact, no crazing or contamination
2. Inject the liquid sample to be tested into the testtube, pay attention to avoid bubble generation
3. Install the testtube correctly into the Polarimeter sample tank
4. Start Polarimeter measurement, read data
5. Clean the testtube in time after use, drying and storing
Notice
• Make sure the testtube is clean and drying before use to avoid residues affecting the Measurement accuracy
• Slow operation is required when injecting samples to prevent bubbles from entering and interfering with the results
• Avoid violent collision or high temperature of the testtube to avoid Glass cracking
• Regularly check the sealing and integrity of the testtube, and replace it in time if it is damaged
