Overview
The AMITTARI AWM-216 whiteness meter is a horizontal digital whiteness meter with a white shell. It is used for direct measurement of the whiteness value of flat surface objects or powders. Measurement range is 0~ 120 and resolution is 0.1. It adopts LED 457nm Illuminant and simple light path design, which can accurately reflect the whiteness value after fluorescent whitening. It meets various national standards. The measurement aperture is rectangular and the size is 18x11mm.
Features
1. Using good imported components, Reliability is good.
2. Reasonable and concise optical path design, using a modified color filter system, can reflect the whiteness value after fluorescent whitening.
3. The whiteness meter consists of Illuminant, Optical inspection system, detection system, data processing and display system. The whiteness calculation formula is blue light whiteness R457.
4. Define that the whiteness value of the satisfactory surface with a complete diffuse reflection ratio of 1 in the visible Light spectrum is 100, and the whiteness of the black surface with a Light spectrum reflection factor of 0 is 0.
5, no need to preheat after starting, simple calibration can be measured, easy to operate.
6. With Data storage function, 254 sets of data can be stored.
7, using USB, RS-232C data cable output and PC connection, data collection.
8. In addition, there is Bluetooth data output to provide selection.
Principle
The measurement and reception of AWM-216 whiteness meter adopts the principle of photoelectric effect. Photocells, photovoltaic cells receive the radiant luminance energy value of the diffuse reflection on the surface of the pattern, amplified by the High Accuracy automatic zero stabilization operational amplifier, input to the calibrate circuit for energy value calibration, and then the whiteness value of the sample is directly displayed by the digital display.
Applications
Spinning & weaving whiteness measurement of printing and dyeing, paints Coatings, chemical building materials, paper Cardboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, tale powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and other substances
