Overview
JINGXIN JL-1206 true density tester is based on the principle of Archimedes, changing the traditional Specific Gravity bottle method test medium to small molecule inert gas, and using Boyle-Mariot law to calculate the impenetrable volume of the sample to obtain the relative density. The instrument can perform porosity analysis of porous materials, test the percentage of open and closed Pore volume of rigid foam plastics, and use automatic microprocessor control. Based on the principle of gas expansion method, it can quickly determine the true density of powders and bulk solids. It has the characteristics of high test Accuracy and good reproducibility.
Features
1. Sample chamber size can be selected to adapt to different sizes of samples, optimize test conditions, and achieve better test results
2. The number of tests can be set on demand, the shortest analysis running time for a single test is about 1 minute, and it can also be automatically tested multiple times in a row
3. Use compressed air as the test gas, and other gases can also be used
4. The pressure can be adjusted to eliminate the error caused by the deformation of the sample caused by the pressure, and it is nondestructive to the tested sample
5. Provide 2 Sample chambers, of which the Micro Sample chamber can test small size samples
6. Can test the open and closed Pore volume percentage of rigid foam, porosity analysis of porous materials
Principle
The instrument uses the Archimedes principle (density = mass/volume) to change the test medium of the traditional Specific Gravity bottle method to a small molecule inert gas, and calculates the impenetrable volume of the sample using the Boyle-Mariot law, so as to calculate its relative density.
