Overview
The YT-BBS300 book binding strength tester is a product developed according to the relevant provisions of the press and publication industry standard "EVA type hot-melt adhesive for book binding requirements and test methods" proposed by the National Technical Committee of Printing Standardization. It is mainly used for the determination of the binding strength of books and periodicals. It is an indispensable main testing instrument for book publishing, printing and binding, mass supervision and testing of book and periodical printing, scientific research and other industries and units.

Principle
The instrument clamps the page through a fixture, applies a tensile force to measure the binding strength, and automatically stops when the force value reaches the set upper limit to avoid damage to the page.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set the upper limit of the force value and the traverse speed of the fixture

The length of the clamping page should be between 100mm and 310mm
