YT-MC Abrasion resistance tester is a professional test equipment of YANTE brand, which is suitable for the testing of Abrasion Resistance of printing ink layer, Abrasion Resistance of PS version photosensitive layer and surface coating Abrasion Resistance of related products. It can effectively analyze the poor rubbing resistance of printing products, ink layer peeling, low printing resistance of PS version and poor coating Hardness of Miscellaneous products.

Principle
Based on the principle of mechatronics, the testing machine drives the friction body to carry out linear reciprocating friction motion through a High Accuracy motor. The user presets the number of friction times, and the device automatically performs the friction test, and buzzes after the test.

Steps
1. Input the number of friction required by the test standard or determined by the operator into the Control system.
2. Start the equipment and automatically complete the friction test.
3. After the test, the device beeps.

• Ambient Temperature should be between 10 and 35 ℃.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 85%.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz to ensure voltage stability.
