YANTE YT-H18A paper Thickness determination gauge is a special measuring instrument for Corrugated Board Film thickness determination. Principle
The instrument uses the standard contact area measurement head to contact the Corrugated Board sample under the specified pressure, and uses the built-in digital dial meter to accurately measure and display the displacement of the measurement head, so as to obtain the Cardboard Film thickness value.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Turn on the power and check whether the digital display meter is zero.
3. Place the sample of the Corrugated Board to be tested flat on the measurement table.
4. Operate the measurement head to descend smoothly so that it touches the Cardboard surface.
5. After the reading is stable, record the Film thickness value displayed by the digital display table.
6. Lift the measurement head, take out the sample, and proceed to the next measurement.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• Check and confirm that the digital dial meter has been correctly zeroed before measurement.
• During measurement, ensure that the Corrugated Board sample is flat and free from wrinkles or warping.
• Operate the measurement head smoothly and slowly to avoid Impact.
• Regularly clean the contact surface of the measurement head to keep it clean.
• Do not use beyond the range to avoid damage to the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, please turn off the power and keep it safe.
