The JINGKELIAN QWX Stain resistance tester is a coating stain resistance measuring device used in conjunction with the Conductivity Meter, designed according to relevant standards as an Impact device. The instrument is suitable for testing various building exterior coatings, with a tank volume of 15 liters and a flow pipe inner diameter of 8mm.

Principle
The QWX coating stain resistance tester tests the stain performance of coatings by controlling the water flow Impact coating sample, and completes the measurement with the Conductivity Meter. The instrument automatically controls the water flow Impact process through time relays and solenoid valves.

Steps
1. Two people cooperate to operate, one person operates the controller, and one person moves the model
2. Connect the pipeline to ensure no water leakage
3. Turn on the power supply for testing
4. Unplug the power plug after use
Notice
• There must be no water leakage in the pipeline connection, otherwise it cannot be used.
• A leakage protection device is required at the power supply.
• The power plug must be unplugged after use
• It should be separated from wet and dry during operation
